A work plan built around confirmed equipment
CNC’s millwright record covers conveyors, bucket elevators, compressors, gears, crushers, overhead cranes and rotating equipment. That list describes company-wide capability. Only equipment identified in the request for work should be carried into a smelter proposal.
For plant infrastructure, CNC erects, modifies, reinforces and repairs structural steel and installs catwalks, mezzanines, stairs and guardrails. Historical content confirms that structural work can be coordinated in an existing operating plant. It does not support a claim that CNC fabricates structural steel.
Piping teams estimate, procure and install service or process piping, instrumentation or hydraulic tubing, and pipe supports. Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing can be included when it is part of the approved scope. Fabrication and related partner work are assigned transparently in the contract documents.
Planned projects and shutdown windows
Work may be organized as a defined improvement, a modification inside an active facility or part of a major shutdown. CNC documents experience planning and executing shutdowns requiring 50 to 500 workers under experienced superintendents. Crew size, trades and schedule are still established for each assignment.
Planning identifies work zones, access, lifting, interfaces with other contractors and site prevention requirements. Establishing those points early gives the field team a clear sequence for the available window.
