Industrial Maintenance Services

CNC Mechanical supports industrial maintenance through defined mechanical work packages, planned interventions and service-call assignments in Quebec and Ontario facilities. The company’s documented service range spans boilermaking, millwright work, industrial piping and structural steel in heavy-industry environments.

The scope begins with the equipment or system, its known condition and the owner’s required outcome. CNC does not promise a universal response time or present every maintenance discipline as an in-house capability. Labour, methods, parts, technical authority and specialist partner needs are confirmed project by project.

Mechanical maintenance across plant systems

An industrial maintenance package may involve one trade or several coordinated work fronts. CNC’s service families include:

  • boilermaking for documented equipment and vessel-related field work;
  • millwright services involving conveyors, rotating equipment, alignment and other listed machinery;
  • industrial piping installation, supports, tubing and specified pressure testing; and
  • structural steel erection, reinforcement, modification and miscellaneous-metals installation.

The exact maintenance activity may be planned around a scheduled production window, developed from an inspection finding or released as a defined service call. When the work requires a larger outage and multiple crews, CNC can assess it under plant shutdown services.

A clear work package reduces field uncertainty

Before mobilization, CNC reviews available drawings, equipment records, site photographs, known deficiencies and operating constraints. The project team should identify isolation responsibilities, access, lifting, parts and material supply, required procedures, inspection points and acceptance criteria.

For rotating machinery, OEM limits and alignment tolerances may govern the work. Piping and pressure-equipment assignments may require code-specific engineering, examination or testing. Structural work must follow approved drawings and assigned inspection requirements. CNC coordinates the field responsibilities in its contract without replacing the owner, engineer, OEM or regulated authority.

Maintenance experience in heavy industry

CNC’s existing portfolio documents mechanical work in refineries, steel mills, pulp and paper facilities, cement operations, petrochemical sites and other industrial environments. The Valero material describes recurring annual shutdown work, while service pages document installation, maintenance and major field interventions across CNC’s core trades. Named references, images, values and detailed results remain subject to publication approval.

Information to send with an RFQ

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What trades can CNC provide for industrial maintenance?

CNC documents boilermaking, millwright, piping and structural steel capabilities that can be scoped for maintenance work.

Does CNC offer emergency or 24/7 response?

No universal emergency-response or response-time promise is made here. Availability and mobilization are confirmed for each request.

Can CNC support a planned shutdown?

Yes. CNC documents major shutdown capability and can review multi-trade maintenance work within an approved outage package.

What should a maintenance RFQ include?

Send equipment data, drawings, findings, photos, required outcome, parts status, access, isolation, schedule, technical procedures and acceptance criteria.
