Mechanical installation around process equipment
CNC’s millwright record covers work around industrial equipment such as compressors, gears, conveyors, bucket elevators, crushers and rotating equipment. Laser alignment is a separate specialty when it is included in the scope. For a petrochemical project, the applicable equipment list comes from the client’s drawings and equipment documentation.
Boilermaking capabilities include tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, furnaces, dust-collection systems, and ID or FD fans. CNC owns heat-exchanger extraction equipment and develops lifting plans for heavy-equipment handling. Applicable authorizations, standards and methods are confirmed for each task rather than inferred from the equipment name alone.
Piping and supporting steel
CNC estimates, procures and installs service or process piping, instrumentation or hydraulic tubing, and pipe supports. Hydrostatic or pneumatic testing can be included in the approved scope. Pipe fabrication, inspection, heat treatment, painting and insulation are coordinated through subcontractors instead of being presented as in-house services.
Structural work can include erection, modification, reinforcement or repair, as well as the installation of catwalks, stairs, guardrails and mezzanines. This capability helps when access and supports must be coordinated with equipment and piping. It does not imply structural-steel fabrication.
