Boilermaking capabilities
CNC's established boilermaking offering includes:
- installation, maintenance and major repair work involving industrial tanks and pressure vessels;
- heat-exchanger maintenance and bundle extraction, supported by CNC-owned extraction equipment;
- work involving industrial furnaces and rotary kilns;
- industrial dust-collection systems and ID/FD fans;
- reactor installation and heavy-equipment handling;
- controlled bolting for high-pressure flange connections; and
- lifting-plan development for heavy-equipment handling within CNC's project scope.
Every RFQ is reviewed against the actual equipment, owner requirements and regulatory framework. Any engineered design, statutory inspection, specialty process, certification or authorization is identified during scope review instead of being assumed from a general service description.
Planned shutdown capability
CNC documents the manpower and organization to plan and execute shutdowns involving 50 to 500 workers. Experienced superintendents oversee field execution so the work can be sequenced around safety requirements, access, quality checkpoints and the owner's outage schedule.
The public Valero Energy portfolio includes annual shutdowns and multi-trade work. The Suncor portfolio includes mechanical assembly and installation related to the D-4300 reactor, as well as piping installation. These projects demonstrate the kind of coordination behind CNC's plant-shutdown services; project names, values and details remain subject to final client approval for reuse on the new site.

Coordination beyond the vessel or component
A boilermaking package may depend on industrial piping, temporary or permanent structural steel, and millwright services. CNC can review those interfaces in one RFQ and identify the self-performed work, owner responsibilities and any qualified specialist subcontractors.
To make the first review useful, send equipment identification, drawings, materials, dimensions, weights, access constraints, inspection requirements and the available work window. Include known tie-ins and whether adjacent systems will remain in operation.
