Privacy policy
CNC Mechanical values the protection of personal information. The final policy should explain in clear language what information is collected, why it is collected, how it is used and protected, who may receive it and how individuals can exercise their legal rights.
Content requiring approval
The final version should confirm at least:
- the legal identity of the organization responsible;
- the current name, title and contact details of the privacy officer;
- the categories of information collected through the site, forms and connected systems;
- the purposes of collection and consent model;
- the cookies, pixels, analytics and advertising functions actually in use;
- the providers that process or host data and relevant processing locations;
- access, retention, destruction and incident-management rules;
- the process for access, correction, consent withdrawal and complaints;
- the effective date and process for notifying users of changes.
Website forms
The policy should separately cover the general contact form, quote request, any file attachments and linked recruitment portal. Its language must match the real workflow: fields, recipients, storage, notifications, transfers and deletion.
