Mechanical scope for demanding plant environments
The documented service supports installation, maintenance and major repair work within CNC's boilermaking capability. A project may involve handling collector or fan components, coordinating attached ductwork, addressing mechanical interfaces and sequencing the work around a planned shutdown.
Where the project includes structural-steel supports, industrial piping or work on rotating fan equipment, CNC can review those interfaces with the appropriate internal trade. Heavy components can also be assessed for project-specific lifting-plan needs.
System design, air balancing, emissions engineering, electrical controls, instrumentation and performance certification are not implied by this page. If they are part of the owner's objective, they should be identified so the appropriate engineer, OEM or specialist can be assigned.
Plan around isolation, dust and access
Dust collectors and fans often sit in elevated or congested areas. The work plan needs to identify isolation boundaries, residual-material handling, access platforms, lifting routes, hot-work restrictions and the parts of the plant that will remain live.
CNC's documented safety approach emphasizes prevention and a program adapted to each project. Worker orientation, job safety analysis, work planning and personal protective equipment are among the items customized to the work. The site-specific plan must also incorporate the owner's hazards and permit system.

Connect the work to the outage
Collector and fan interventions may be one activity in a larger plant shutdown or industrial-maintenance program. CNC documents the ability to organize shutdown workforces of 50 to 500 people under experienced superintendent supervision, allowing the dust-system work to be sequenced with other mechanical packages when required.
Define the RFQ
Provide the system layout, equipment tags, drawings, component weights, known condition, requested work, access information and target dates. Identify any required engineering, air testing, electrical work, instrumentation, insulation or third-party inspection so CNC can state responsibilities and exclusions clearly.
