Define the equipment and work boundary
The RFQ should identify each conveyor or elevator, its manufacturer, duty and configuration, then describe the requested activity. Include layouts, elevations, equipment lists, component weights and known condition. If the work concerns a specific drive, shaft, gear, chute or support, mark the limit clearly.
CNC can assess the millwright portion within its documented capability. Related laser shaft alignment, rotating-equipment work and structural-steel supports or access can be reviewed in the same package when relevant.
Control systems, electrical work, belt vulcanizing, specialty condition monitoring and OEM-authorized service are not assumed. Identify them separately so the responsible specialist and handoff points are clear.
Sequence work in an operating plant
Conveying systems often connect several production areas. Isolation, stored energy, material cleanout, access and alternate material flow must be understood before work starts. If only part of the system is out of service, the owner and CNC need a clear physical boundary and communication plan.
For major work, CNC can place the conveyor package within a broader plant shutdown. Its documented shutdown capability ranges from 50 to 500 workers, with experienced superintendents supervising field execution.

Use project proof carefully
Greenfield Ethanol provides direct public evidence of mechanical-equipment installation involving conveyors and a bucket elevator. Port-Cartier shows work around large bulk-material handling equipment. These public examples can support the page after the client confirms permission to reuse names, images, values and detailed scope.
Prepare the conveyor RFQ
Send system drawings, equipment tags, the work list, photographs, component weights, access conditions, isolation plan, desired dates and required acceptance criteria. Include any OEM or owner procedure that must govern assembly, alignment or commissioning.
