Define the mechanical work package
The RFQ should identify the equipment, manufacturer, model, service history and reason for the intervention. Include the requested disassembly, handling, assembly or adjustment activities and identify who is responsible for technical direction, inspection and final acceptance.
CNC can coordinate laser shaft alignment when it forms part of the approved work. Related foundations, supports, structural steel, lubrication or service piping should be marked where they affect the machine scope.
This page does not imply OEM authorization, engineering diagnosis, balancing, vibration analysis, electrical work or control-system service. Those specialties must be assigned separately when required.
Handling, access and shutdown sequence
Major rotating components may require controlled lifting and a defined laydown area. CNC documents experience developing lifting plans for heavy-equipment handling within its project scope. Component weights, centres of gravity, approved lifting points and access limitations are essential inputs.
For time-sensitive work, the rotating-equipment package can be integrated into plant-shutdown planning. CNC's legacy materials document shutdowns involving 50 to 500 workers under experienced superintendent supervision. The equipment activity still needs its own hold points and handback criteria within that larger schedule.

Visible experience with industrial gears
CNC's millwright image library includes crews handling large gears within an industrial machine assembly. The broader public portfolio includes mechanical-equipment installation, a D-4300 reactor assembly scope and work on large bulk-material equipment. These assets provide relevant industrial context, but the new page should not attach an unverified machine name or result to a photograph.
Prepare the rotating-equipment RFQ
Send equipment tags, manufacturer data, drawings, maintenance history, inspection findings, requested work, component weights, handling instructions, access, target dates and required acceptance documentation. Include OEM participation and technical-direction responsibilities.
