Scope built around the actual equipment
The starting point is the owner's equipment record and work package. CNC uses the available drawings, material information, dimensions, weights, connection details and site conditions to define what is included. Depending on the approved RFQ, the boilermaking scope may involve installation, maintenance activities or a major repair to an industrial tank or pressure vessel.
Applicable engineered design, statutory inspection, pressure-equipment authorization, testing and return-to-service approval are not generic add-ons. They must be identified for the particular equipment and jurisdiction. CNC will clarify which requirements belong to the owner, CNC or an authorized third party before a proposal is finalized.
Mechanical interfaces and site coordination
Vessel work often connects directly to process piping and controlled flange bolting. It may also require temporary access, permanent structural-steel modifications or heavy-equipment handling supported by a lifting plan.
For outage work, CNC can coordinate the vessel package within a broader plant-shutdown sequence. The company's legacy materials document shutdowns involving 50 to 500 workers under experienced superintendent supervision. That scale does not replace detailed planning: isolation boundaries, work permits, inspection points and handback criteria still need to be agreed for every vessel.

Proof from documented industrial work

These examples show experience around heavy process equipment and the interfaces that surround it. They should not be read as proof of an unspecified code authorization; current credentials and the exact permitted scope must be confirmed during prequalification.
Plan the tank or vessel package
Send the equipment tag, service description, drawings, material data, known condition, requested work and target outage dates. Add access limitations, lift weights, isolation information and the inspection plan if available. CNC can then review the work boundaries and identify the supporting trades or third parties that must be included.
